Diamon Fusion maintains a Safe and Clean Environment

One application method of Diamon Fusion Nanotechnology is based on an environmentally safe vapor deposition process. The chemicals used in DFI patented process have been in use for over 55 years (since early 1945) in the aviation industry, for different applications, and are non-carcinogenic (do not cause cancer) according to experts. Additionally, the Diamon-Fusion® film created with our patented process is non-toxic and once applied does not emit any chemical. Furthermore, the chemicals are not listed in the "Clean Air Act" (1) or the "Clean Water Act" (2).

DIAMON-FUSION® The highest quality hydrophobic nano-coating on the market today, DFI’s flagship coating Diamon-Fusion® makes silica-based surfaces (such as glass, granite, tile, porcelain and quartz) easier to clean, increases their brilliance, protects that beauty, creates a more hygienic surface, and eliminates the need for harsh and harmful cleaning chemicals. It can also make glass surfaces more scratch and impact resistant.

  • Two-step coating that first causes a “cross-linked” and “branched” silicone film to be grown from below the surface at the atomic level and then “caps” the entire chain of atoms to substantially increase the hydrophobicity and durability and leave, chemically speaking, no points of attachment for contaminants and create a truly repellant charge
